Bob Buzzell joined Doerfer Companies in 2005 as Vice President of Human Resources to oversee employment practices and personnel policies within the company's various locations. During his 30-year career, Buzzell spent two decades working in the automation industry. His work history includes Detriot Tool and Engineering in Buffalo Grove, IL; Mid-West Automation in Buffalo Grove, IL; ASEA Brown Boveri in New Berlin, WI; and Rexford in Milwaukee, WI.
A graduate of the University of La Crosse in La Crosse, WI, Buzzell holds designation as a State of Wisconsin Indentured Tool and Die Maker.
